CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

If you place an order through the website you are using in electronic form, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs, which include the shipment cost of the product. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within the legal period of 45 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in compliance with the specified qualities in the order, and accompanied by documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any. In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

SHOPPING MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer has been used unjustly by unauthorized persons, and if the sold product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the SELLER.

UNDELIVERABLE DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If unforeseen force majeure events occur that the Seller cannot foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer can request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order, the payment made in cash will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

Before receiving the goods/services subject to the contract, the Buyer will examine; damaged, broken, torn packaging, etc. The Buyer will not receive damaged and defective goods/services from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product/service should not be used. The Invoice must be returned together with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the person/organization at the address specified by the buyer or to the buyer himself within 14 (fourteen) days without undertaking any legal and penal responsibility, by notifying the SELLER via the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the service has started with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be used. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER. For the use of the right of withdrawal, it is a condition that a written notification is made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product, and the product has not been used within the framework of the provisions "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" regulated in this contract.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  • The invoice of the product delivered to a 3rd person or to the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution. Order returns made for corporate invoices cannot be completed
